• Trend Lines – draw them with confidence

Module 2: Indicators

This course concentrates on some of the most popular indicators and more advanced techniques

• Bollinger Bands – one of the trader’s favourites. But what trading rules work?

• Wilder’s Relative Strength Index – . How to use this popular indicator correctly & profitably.

• MACD – The rules and how to tune it to your trading horizon.

• Stochastics - the popular indicators for short term traders – is it for you?

• OBV - reveal the secrets market volume has to tell us

• Exit strategies – effective cutting and profit taking

Module 3: Advanced Techniques

Highly specialised and profitable advanced trading techniques. We recommend that delegates have intermediate knowledge of technical analysis

• Trend Line Break – Learn to reduce ‘false break’ trades. Is there a trend or not?

• Should we follow the trend or trade against the strength? Answer this with Wilder’s ADX.

• Fibonacci – learn this technique for assessing targets and measuring retracements.

• Candlestick charting – new thinking

• Short term trading techniques – new methods of catching intra day and short term moves
